STORIES THAT CONNECT US is a community-based initiative designed to strengthen dignity, a sense of belonging, and social connection among older adults in puerto rico. through guided dialogue and storytelling spaces, the program allows participants to share life experiences, celebrate cultural identity, and reaffirm their personal value within the community. it is a community connection model rooted in listening, respect, and human dignity.

To create structured and respectful spaces where older adults can celebrate their stories, strengthen relationships, and reaffirm their ongoing value within the community.

To honor the legacy and stories of older adults by restoring meaningful community connection in puerto rico.
PURPOSE
To establish safe spaces where older adults can share their stories, affirm their dignity, reduce social isolation, and promote emotional well-being through authentic human connection.
